What is a TUNE UP - 

The FOA Summer Tune Ups are opportunities the night before a major tournament that the FOAthletes can come together, get a dynamic warm up in, meet other FOA members, and get reps.  When our FOA generals are getting ready for their coming seasons they meet up to go through similar tune ups.  The event helps our athletes get dialed in for the coming weekend.  It is a great way to get to the area, knock any rust off and get after the weekend.  

This is also a great way for athletes who are from other areas of the country who are not able to train with the FOA Generals on a normal basis, to get in front of our staff.   These tune ups will always be open to any college coaches who have an interest in see what the FOA is doing.
